Practical, customized onsite and virtual training for conventional and affordable housing teams. Each session is tailored to the property’s goals, program requirements, and staff experience level. Topics may include property operations, leasing and resident experience, collections, affordable housing compliance, occupancy files and audit readiness, inspection preparation, maintenance leadership, and owner reporting.
Half-Day Training — $1,500
Up to 4 hours; printed participant manuals included.Full-Day Training — $2,800
